WEDDING DJ PACKAGES DESCRIPTIONS

BASIC DJ PACKAGE

Includes

·          4 hour time Package - $150 per Hour Overtime

·          10 Preselected Songs – Up to 10 Songs pre-selected for the DJ’s to ensure they have on hand.

·          Music Genre’s Pre-Selected – If you wish only certain Song Genre’s to be played during your event.

·          Do Not Play List – Song or Song Types you choose that should be played

If Event is a Wedding, the ceremony is Not included

 

TRADITIONAL PACKAGE

Includes

·          4 hour time Package - $150 per Hour Overtime

·          15 Preselected Songs – Up to 15 Songs pre-selected for the DJ’s to ensure they have on hand.

·          Music Genre’s Pre-Selected – If you wish only certain Song Genre’s to be played during your event.

·          Do Not Play List – Song or Song Types you choose that should be played

·          OPTIONAL - Basic Lighting – 2 Strobes, 2 Police Lights, and Dual Globe Rotating Light

·          GAMES – These are basic games such as Limbo Contest, Musical Chairs, Name that Tune, Couple Trivia, Whose Shoe

o    If Client has other type of games that they would like please bring to event.

·          Music CD of Preselected Songs from Event (Depending on when selection made CD may be mailed to Client Afterwards)

UPGRADE PACKAGE

Includes

·          GAMES – These are basic games such as Limbo Contest, Musical Chairs, Name that Tune, Couple Trivia, Whose Shoe

·          OPTIONAL - Extreme Lighting – 2 Strobes, 2 Police Lights, and Dual Globe Rotating Light, Up to 4 Par Cans, Duo Moon Light and Rotating Mirrored Light.

·          Party Picture CD – Any and all Pictures on CD that the RSEMUSIC takes during your event.  RSEMUSIC is no way a professional photographer and does not take the place of one.  Professional Photographers have appropriate equipment and specialized training.  Our pictures are action and group shots taken throughout the event.

INCLUDED DESCRIPTIONS

DJ/Emcee

Our well versed professional DJ’s will mix a wide selection of music and can act as the emcee for your event.

 

Setup and Take Down

Now worries about the extra time it takes to setup and take down the equipment.  This does not include if DJ has to setup and take down equipment and it is not a wedding.

 

Online Planner

Even though we do have forms you can fill out and mail-in.  We also offer a free online planner that allows you to:

·          To fill in information about your event.

·          To fill in preselected songs.

·          To fill in time line.

 

During Event Request

OPTIONAL to Client – Allows for requests to be made by guests during event.  Will play if songs are no on DO NOT PLAY LIST.  Limited to music DJ has on hand

 

Travel Within Brevard County

All places located within Brevard County is at no extra charge for Mileage.

 

Your Name Up in Lights

We will put the couple being married, the birthday boy/girl, a group message, or the person being honored in some way name up on our LCD Sign.

 

 

 

 

WEDDING DJ PACKAGES OPTION DESCRIPTIONS WHEN NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE

KAROAKE SING-A-LONG

Lights, Camera, Action, its Party Time!  One of the favorite party themes of all time, the "Sing-A-Long", goes in high gear with RSEMUSIC D.J.'s Karaoke explosion.  With over 10,000 songs, this wave of excitement will make you and your guests the stars of the show.

 

FOG MACHINE

Add even more to your special affair with a Fog Machines.  It will add more to your dance floor and give a great effect to any event.

 

CEREMONY

Ceremony – For Weddings At the same Complex or On the Same Grounds of Reception.  If time does not allow for setup and take down an additional system charge will be included.

 

Party Picture CD

Want A Great way to remember the fun and cherished moments of your party.  RSEMUSIC takes pictures throughout the event.

 

Additional System

A Second Music System to be used when the Ceremony is not within the same area as the reception or time does not allow for setup and take down of equipment needed to play for ceremony.

Travel Within 200 Miles of Cocoa, FL

Flat rate charge for gigs with 200 miles of Cocoa, FL 32922 but not in Brevard, Orange, Indian River, or Volusia County

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  Any Agreement that is made by and between RSEMUSIC (Robert Snyder’s Entertainment) and the client.  1. Please sign agreement when sent and return one copy with your $50 deposit/ if not already paid.   2. Please have electric connection ready for DJ arrival   3. If this agreement is breached, damages shall not exceed the amount due under this agreement.  4. Deposits are non-refundable.  5. Balance due to be paid (7) days prior to event or only cash/check balances will be accepted at event. 6. We reserve the right to stop performance if unsafe conditions occur. 7. The client agrees to provide assistance to RSEMUSIC in the event that equipment must be brought up any and all stairwells or rough terrain.  Before signing this contract, the client is required to inform RSEMUSIC of any and all stairs, elevators or multi-level settings at the event location.  Failure to do so may result in a late start of the performance, without compensation for lost time to the client. 8.The client agrees to accept full responsibility for theft, damage or loss of RSEMUSIC inventory caused by the client  or any guests present at the engagement while equipment is in/on the faculties being used to fulfill this contract. 9. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RSEMUSIC, its DJ’s, entertainers, performers, owners, employees,  subcontractors and agents from and against any and all costs, damages, claims, demands and liabilities, including  attorney's fees arising out of the performance provided by or the equipment used by DJ. 10. If while event is scheduled, a Hurricane is intending to make land fall and the event is still planned to occur; the client is to provide a safe haven for the DJ/s and equipment initially until the Hurricane has passed over from the event and the DJ is able to leave in a safe manner. 11. Wording and Pricing may not be altered on this agreement by the client if the client does not want said pricing, a new agreement must be created. Any alterations by the client will be considered null.
